The MALT study team were invited to present an hour long session at the International Telecare and Telehealth Conference in November 2013, which is the largest event in Europe focusing exclusively on Technology Enabled Care Services. The session was run by the MALT study manager Lizzie Coates, with contributions from Jo Nicholson on user and staff acceptance of telehealth, Praveen Thokala (ScHARR, University of Sheffield) on the financial model for telehealth, and Lauren Beaumont (University of Leeds Business School) on organisational and business models.
