The Social Dimension of Dementia: Messages from the World of Research

It is £30 per person and at the event you will have the opportunity to hear from the following speakers: 
Dr Matthew Norton, Head of Policy and Public Affairs, Alzheimer’s Research UK: Tackling the stigma of dementia: Social and Cultural issues.

Chrystalina Antoniades, Nuffield Department of Clinical Neurosciences , Lecturer in Medicine University of Oxford:The Past, Present and Future of Parkinson's Disease.

Dr Simon Evans, Association of Dementia Studies, University of Worcester:“My Musical Memories Reminiscence Programme: exploring the effectiveness of musical playlists for people with dementia.”


The event will be held at Engineers House, The Promenade, Clifton Down, Bristol, BS8 3NB on Wednesday 14th October, 2015 1200 - 1645.
