Health Hack event in Sheffield brought together clinicians, designers, engineers and patients where they looked at various technology including hoists, a device to help those who struggle with swallowing, and the myo armband which is aimed for those with spinal injuries, neurodegenerative diseases (e.g. multiple sclerosis or motor neuron disease).
