Chair Vital Sign Sensor

A vital sign sensor for a chair has been approved by the FDA. The rationale is that one of the first signs of improvement for some patient's in hospital is the transition from spending the day in a bed, to sitting in a chair. The equipment is places underneath the chair's cushion and takes vital signs without the patient having to wear a cuff or leads.
