You and Yours, BBC Radio 4. Telehealth and telecare

"You and Yours" is a programme on BBC Radio 4 that airs at midday and is estimated to have around three and a half million, many of which are said to be of an "older" age.

On 25th August, 2014, You and Yours dedicated the entire 45 minutes to telecare and telehealth. Guests on the show were Dave Horsfield, who runs the Mi Liverpool DALLAS project, Claire Medd, Clinical Director for Care Innovations and Professor Trisha Greenhalgh.

The programme included discussion around the World System Demonstrator (WSD) trial, one of the biggest research projects looking at telehealth and telecare in the world. The department of Healths 3 Million Lives initiative has been quietly placed aside, this was also discussed.
