Google Health Fitness Developer Kit
On August 7th, 2014, Google released a preview of it's new software; Health Fitness Developer Kit. The idea is that the software will interact with other hardware such as android devices and other "wearables". It will enable the user to store fitness data such as a runner's location. The software will also be able to run an analysis of the person's data.
