Great report published by David Oliver and colleagues at the King's Fund regarding improving services for older people. Key messages included and were not limited to:
- Supporting independence and active healthy living in older people
- Stability of living in those with long term conditions
- Quick and close by support for emergencies
- Good acute hospital care (when required)
- Good discharge post support
- Choice control and support during end of life care
