HMA, The University of Sheffield and Tunstall Healthcare Collaborate to Develop New mHealth Assist Mobile Platform
Tunstall Healthcare is collaborating with the Centre for Assistive Technology and Connected Healthcare (CATCH) here at the University of Sheffield, and HMA Digital Marketing to develop "mHeath Assist", a mobile technology platform. mHealth Assist aims to help people with long term conditions live independently in their own home. It will provide customised information for each individual.
Research at CATCH with potential users of the mHealth Assist is defining what functions would be useful for the product to ensure that future users can easily access the most useful support and information. The focus is those who are considered as vulnerable such as those living with dementia, visual impairment or those with communication difficulties.
