RAT Group Half Away Day

On Tuesday 10th December the RAT Group attended their half away day, which took place in the CATCH home lab. Here they had the privilege of Dr Jonathan Boote coming along to talk about PPI in research, how PPI is dealt with by funders and some other advice and practicalities around PPI principles and good practice. This was followed by a talk by Professor Pam Enderby entitled "Slugs in Knickers and Daleks" - a very amusing yet inspiring talk about her career training to become a Speech and Language Therapist. Dr Richard France then shared with the group what the future holds for CATCH. The event was finished with a question and answer session with the senior leadership day.

Professor Mark Hawley (RAT Group leader) said "It's good to get everyone together to talk about what's been going on and plans for the future".
