So please dig deep for this year's Children in Need! You can also tune in to BBC1 at 7.30pm-10pm straight after The One Show’s Children in Need special (BBC One, 7pm-7.30pm).
You can also catch it on BBC2 (10pm-10.30pm), returning later to BBC One (10.40pm-2am) where there will also be plenty of chances to donate to the cause.
