Digital revolution in health and social care?

It's no secret that the health and care system is facing a potential financial crisis. Budgets are getting smaller which is occurring parallel with increased demand for services. It is argued that technology is not advanced enough to alleviate some of these issues but has somehow now been integrated into the mainstream.
