The conference organised by the Advancing Knowledge of Telecare for Independence and Vitality in later life (AKTIVE) project focuses on the impact telecare has on people's everyday lives - specifically people who are prone to falls, require support in order to live independently, including those diagnosed with dementia.
The final AKTIVE conference will be held in Leeds and will take place on the 8th and 9th April, 2014. Members of the RAT group look forward to seeing you there!
Participant registration closes on 4th March, 2014.
